Our church supports and houses the Wallingford United Methodist Child Care Center.
The Wallingford United Methodist Child Care Center (WCCC) was established by the church in 1968 as a way to contribute to the Wallingford community. WCCC and Wallingford United Methodist Church have a supportive relationship, but WCCC maintains a non-religious curriculum open to the Wallingford neighborhood and the greater Seattle area.
WCCC is committed to helping each child build a positive self image through his or her intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. The curriculum is integrative, multi-ethnic, creative, and promotes success for children in their school and home environments. WCCC teachers are professionals who receive continuing education through WCCC.
WCCC accepts children from 8 weeks to 5 years of age on a full- or part-time basis. To find out more about WCCC, including tuition rates, classroom tours, interviews, and more, visit www.wallingfordchildcare.org or email Director Jenny Climabank at firstname.lastname@example.org.
